Nethosting offer a large range of Windows & Linux dedicated servers. The cheapest server starting at $99.95 per month for a Core2Duo 1.8GHZ with 160GB Disk and 1TB of transfer.
For that price the server is unmanaged but they do provide remote hands support. You get 5 static IPs included as basic but unfortunately no RAID unless you opt for a higher server.
Their site is written in plain English so it’s pretty easy to understand, they’re not a bargain basement dedicated server provider but they offer everything you need to stay running.
Their live chat representatives are pretty friendly and answer questions in a straightforward manner.
